摘要
介绍了一种采用石灰固化处理聚丙烯催化剂废酸液的方法。针对废酸液含催化剂细粉、含钛化合物、有机物等有毒有害物质,并且具有酸性高、腐蚀性强,危险性强的特点,选择以真空捏合机作为处理装置,利用石灰等具有波索来反应的凝硬性物质为固化基材,对聚丙烯催化剂废酸液进行无害化处理,将废酸液中的重金属、有机物等有害成分包裹、吸附于产生的胶体结晶中。处置后的聚丙烯催化剂废酸液经石灰中和后,可有效降低废酸液的反应性、强酸性和腐蚀性,便于后续处理和处置。
A lime solidification disposal method for the waste acid liquid from production process of polypropylene catalyst was described. The waste acid liquid contains catalyst powder, titanium compounds, organics, etc.,it has strong acidity, high corrosivity and extreme harmfulness. Therefore, vacuum kneader was selected as disposal device, and lime which can give rise to Pozzolanic reaction was used solidifying material. After lime solidification, heavy metal, organics, etc. can be absorbed and covered by the metacolloid. In addition, because the liquid has strong acidity, the neutralization reaction can reduce reactive activity, acidity, eorrosivity, which is convenient for transporting and following disposal.
