摘要
通过微波辅助酸(无机酸/有机酸)化法对工业级滑石粉进行纯化研究,以亚甲基蓝为目标污染物,通过大量的吸附实验考察酸化剂、滑石粉粒径、酸的浓度、酸化温度、酸化时间、微波辐射时间和微波辐射功率等条件对酸化滑石粉吸附效果的影响,并通过FTIR、XRD和SEM表征对滑石粉的纯化程度及其在微波辐射下与有机酸的反应机理进行了研究和探讨,结果表明,在40℃下,在1 mol/L乙酸酸化9 h的1250目滑石粉溶液置于600 W的微波合成反应仪中辐射5 min的条件下,酸化滑石粉吸附效果最佳,此时得到的微波辅助酸化滑石粉样品对亚甲基蓝的脱色率最高,为83.03%,滑石粉中的杂质白云石、菱镁矿被完全去除,表面粗糙程度降低,解理面出现很多裂纹。
Industrial talc was purified by microwave assisted acidization.Taking methylene blue as a target pollutant, the influence of acidifier, particle size of talc powder, acid concentration, acidification temperature, acidification time, microwave radiation time and microwave radiation power on absorbing effect of purified talc was investigated through adsorption experiments. The purification level of industrial talc was studied by FTIR, XRD and SEM characterization, the reaction mechanism of talc and organic acid under microwave was discussed. The optimum purification conditions were obtained as follows: talcum powder particle size 1 250 mesh, acetic acid concentration 1 mol/L, acidification temperature 40℃, acidification time 9 h,microwave radiation power 600 W, microwave radiation time 5 min. The adsorption effect of talcum powder purified under above conditions is the best, and the highest removal efficiency of methylene blue can reach to 83.03%. The impurities including dolomite and magnesite can be completely removed. In addition, its roughness can be greatly decreased, many cracks can be produced on the cleavage surface.
