摘要
基于高炉-烧结的锌循环富集数学模型,并结合宝钢锌负荷控制经验,定量化讨论了高炉锌循环富集程度,以及高炉锌负荷对燃料比的影响。结果表明:在烧结过程中使用回收高锌粉尘时,由于循环放大的作用,回收高锌粉尘使用比例高时,高炉锌负荷可能增高至3.5倍水平;高炉炉内的锌循环富集浓度至少为入炉时锌浓度的80倍;高炉锌负荷每增加0.10kg/t,燃料比上升1.68kg/t。
Based on the mathematical model of zinc enrichment from recycling between blast furnace and sintering and control experience of zinc load in Baosteel, the enrichment degree of the zinc in blast furnace from recycling and its influence to the fuel ratio are discussed. The results show that the zinc load in blast furnace may be increased to 3.5 times after use of recycled high zinc bearing dust in sintering process; content of zinc enriched inside blast furnace is at least 80 times of zinc content of ore before charging into the furnace; every 0.10kg/t increase of zinc load in blast furnace will result 1.68kg/t increase of fuel ratio.
