摘要
在风险规避机制、政策推动机制、优势整合机制、技术创新机制、企业家精神机制的带动下,相关组织根据自身发展的需要,积极运用互联网技术组建了以界面管理为主要管理模式的开放性联盟组织:农业虚拟产业集群。农业虚拟产业集群有助于提升农业产业链的运行效率,促进农业产业链的转型升级,优化农业产业农业产业链结构,提高农业产业链的组织水平,为农业产业链融合提供了新的平台。该文通过分析,建议:从组织文化建设、目标选择、模式定位、技术保障以及运作基础等方面推动农业虚拟产业集群的构建。
The agricultural virtual industry cluster is set up by agricultural industry related organizations with the Internet technology.With an interface management mode and a new industrial platform,agricultural virtual industrial clusters help to improve the efficiency,promote the transformation and upgrading,optimize the structure and improve the level of organization of the agricultural industry chain.Last,it is suggested to promote the agricultural virtual industry cluster through the construction of organizational culture,target selection,mode localization,technical support and operation foundation.
