摘要
问题导向是干部教育培训的重要理念,是新形势下民族干部能力建设的必然要求。为此,中央民族干部学院在民族干部教育培训改革中着力推行问题导向教学模式。本文分析了问题导向教学模式的目的、意义与作用、理论基础及其内涵界定,在实践基础上提出民族干部培训中问题导向教学模式的教学体系、实施办法和方法特点等。
As a new idea in cadres training, problem-oriented teaching mode (POT) is also necessary for the capacity building of ethnic administrators. In recent years, the Central Institute of Ethnic Administrators has made great efforts to promote the POT mode in its ethnic administrators training reform. This paper analyzes the purpose, meaning and use of POT mode as well as its theoretical basis and major implications, and then concluded its operational system, methods and characteristics during imolementation.
