摘要
目的建立符合主诊医师负责制特点的绩效评价体系,以适应当前医疗管理的需要。方法根据医务人员对各级指标的评分,通过因子分析的方法确定二级指标并确定各指标权重。结果初步建立了用于医院主诊医师组绩效评价的指标体系共32项,其中科研业绩指标权重最终比例为0.028 756。结论基于主诊医师组工作特点,建立的主诊医师组绩效评价指标体系,符合主诊医师组的组织特点,为各主诊医师组进行绩效分配提供了参考。
Objective:To design performance evaluation system matching the characteristics of responsibility system for attending physicians so to meet the needs of the current medical management. Method:Basing on the grading of multiple-level indexes, the second-level indexes and index weights were determined by factor analysis. Result:The preliminary performance evaluation index system for attending physician groups was constructed with 32 indexes, in which the weight of scientific research achievement is 0. 028 756. Conclusion:According to working characteristics of attending physician groups, the index system for performance eval- uation of attending physician groups matches the organization characteristics and can act as the reference for performance distribution of attending physician groups.
