摘要
目的:研究新生儿黄疸患者早期采用布拉氏酵母菌散联合茵栀黄口服液治疗的效果及安全性。方法:选取医院96例新生儿黄疸患者并将其按数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组48例患者。对照组患者在基础支持治疗的基础上仅给予布拉氏酵母菌散治疗,观察组患者在基础支持治疗基础上采用布拉氏酵母菌散联合茵栀黄口服液治疗,且两组患者均给予蓝光照射治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后胆红素水平变化及黄疸消退时间、光疗时间、不良反应的发生情况。结果:观察组治疗后的总有效率(95.83%)明显高于对照组治疗后的总有效率(68.75%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清总胆红素(94.25±18.23)μmol/L明显低于对照组治疗后血清总胆红素(125.63±22.58)μmol/L,且观察组日均下降值(39.16±4.21)μmol/L明显高于对照组日均下降值(25.47±6.96)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组黄疸消退时间(4.45±1.82)d与光疗时间(36.89±17.11)h明显少于对照组黄疸消退时间(6.99±2.84)d与光疗时间(52.47±12.69)h;观察组治疗后不良反应的总发生率(22.92%)明显低于对照组治疗后不良反应的总发生率(70.83%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿黄疸患者采用布拉氏酵母菌散联合茵栀黄口服液的效果显著,可以加快胆红素水平恢复正常,明显减少了治疗所需时间,减轻了经济负担,且不良反应少,安全可靠。
Objective: To study the effect and safety of Brad’s Yeast Powder combined Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid on neonatal jaundice for early treatment. Methods: In the hospital,ninety-six cases of neonatal jaundice were divided into the control group and the observation group,48 patients in each group. On the basis of basic treatment,the patients of the control group were given Brad ’s Yeast Powder and the observation group were treated with Brad ’s Yeast Powder combined Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid on the basis of basic support. And two groups were given blue light therapy. Before and after treatment,the bilirubin levels and the incidence of jaundice time,phototherapy time and adverse reactions were compared.Results: After treatment,the total efficiency rate of the observation group( 95. 83%) was significantly higher than the control group’s( 68. 75%) and there was statistically significant difference( P 〈 0. 05). After treatment,the serum total bilirubin( 94. 25 ± 18. 23) μmol / L of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group’s( 125. 63 ±22. 58) μmol / L and the average decline of the observation group was( 39. 16 ± 4. 21) μmol / L,significantly higher than( 25. 47 ± 6. 96) μmol/L of the control group,with statistically significant difference( P 〈 0. 05). The jaundice fade time( 4. 45 ± 1. 82) d and phototherapy time( 36. 89 ± 17. 11) h of the observation group was significantly less than jaundice time( 6. 99 2. 84) d and phototherapy time( 52. 47 12. 69) h of the control group. The total adverse reaction rate of the observation group( 22. 92%) was significantly lower than the control group’s( 70. 83%)( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: Brad’s Yeast Powder combined with Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid on neonatal jaundice significantly accelerates bilirubin levels return to be normal,significantly reduces the time required for treatment and the financial burden with fewer adverse reactions,safe and dependable.
