摘要
目的探讨优质护理对肺癌患者术后并发症以及生活质量的影响。方法选取2012年1月-2015年12月至我院进行肺癌手术的患者280例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各140例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予优质护理．观察两组患者手术相关指证和手术前后KPS评分和QLI评分。结果观察组患者术后SpO：明显高于对照组，而拔管时间、住院时间均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组出现7例并发症，并发症发生率为5．00％；对照组出现23例并发症。并发症发生率为16．43％，观察组术后并发症的发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者治疗前KPS评分与PQLI评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），治疗后评分均增加，但观察组评分增加的更为明显，与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论优质护理能够降低患者术后并发症发生率，提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To observe the high quality nursing on postoperative complications and quality of life （QOL） in patients with lung cancer.Methods From January 2012 to December 2015,280 lung cancer patients undergone surgeries were selected and evenly divided into observation group and control group in random.In the control group,conventional nursing was used,while in the observation group,high quality nursing was provided.The relevant surgical indexes and KPS score and PQLI score before and after surgery in both groups were observed.Results In the observation group, SpO2 after surgery was much higher than that of control group.The time of tube drawing and hospital stay were much shorter in comparison with those in the control group,which were displayed statistical differences （P〈0.05）.In the observation group,7 cases were presented with complications and the incidence of complications was 5.00%,while in the control group,23 cases were occurred with complications,and the incidence was 16.43% .The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was much lower than that of control group with a statistical difference （P〈0.05）. There was no great difference in KPS score or PQLI score before surgery in the two groups （P〉0.05）.After therapy,the scores were all increased,but the increase in the observation group was much more remarkable,which was displayed a statistical difference in comparison with that in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conelusion High quality nursing can decrease the incidence of postoperative complications and improve patient＇s quality of life.
