摘要
根据HXD3D机车油底壳的结构特点及铸造工艺技术要求,研究了该零件的铸造工艺,并采用数值模拟软件进行铸造缺陷的预测,进而采取相应的工艺措施以避免铸造缺陷产生。生产结果表明,该铸造工艺方案可行有效,可为今后类似零件的铸造工艺设计提供理论和实践依据。
Based on speciifc conifguration of HXD3D locomotive fuel bottom shell and casting practice requiements for it, the casting process of this component was investigated, and its casting defects were predicted with the use of a numerical simulation software, proceeding to take relative technical way to avoid the casting defect formation, The actual production shows that this casting process is feasible and effective, making it possible to provide a basis for casting process design of similar components in theory and practice.
