摘要
为了解决运营商和代维公司的问题,优化代维操作和流程,完善数据管理,本系统提出了一种新型的代维现场管理系统,对代维大数据进行采集、处理与分析,实现"一站一档,六图三表"的数据化分析。并完成系统的设计。本系统规定了代维和现场管理的流程和处理方式,包括系统、资源、资质、巡检、工单、考核、告警、统计查询、移动终端、PAD终端等实用功能,供运营商和代维公司员工使用。实际应用表明,该系统具有操作简便、测试准确的特点,达到了解决现有代维管理系统监而不控的不利局面。
