摘要
为了得到煤矿顶板支护结构的受力情况,设计了一种基于ZigBee技术的顶板支护压力监测系统,统计在线监测的木点柱支护阻力,结合实验室测试得到的预警值6.3 MPa,分析木点柱的失效情况和顶板危险区域。及时采取有效措施,防止顶板事故的发生。
In order to get the force condition of roof supporting structure in coal mine, designs a roof supporting monitoring system based on ZigBee technology, censuses roof supporting resistance of the wood pillar by on-line monitoring, obtains warning value of 6.3 MPa combined with laboratory tests, analyzes the failure condition of wood pillar and dangerous region of roof and evaluates the stability of roof in coal mine. According to the result of warning, effective measures can be taken in time in order to stop roof accidents.
