摘要
为提高花色针织物的设计水平和效率,基于数控环锭细纱机的耦合牵伸系统纺制多组分新型彩虹段彩纱。以织物幅宽、彩虹纱颜色数及纱线花型周期长度为基本要素,构建了竖向、横向、交错、点状及复杂图案形成的理论模型,明晰了彩虹段彩纱构造针织物图案的机制。在此基础上,用Java语言开发出彩虹纱针织物图案设计仿真软件。软件包括文件操作、参数设置、正向推导、反向推导4个模块。正向推导从纱线段彩分布长度、织物幅宽、圈长等参数推导出纱线在纬编横机上织成的织物图案;反向推导是通过仿真软件设计织物图案,再分析计算出段彩长度分布。
Based on the numerical control ring spinning frame with a coupling drafting system,a kind of multiple-component rainbow segment color yarn was presented.By analyzing the relationship of fabric width,colored yarn period and segment length,the theoretical models of lengthways,transverse,crossed and punctate patterns were designed.The mechanism of structure design of weft knitting by using the rainbow segment color yarn was studied.A simulation software for designing weft knitting pattern was developed by using Java.The simulation software includes four modules of file operation,forward deducing form,backward deducing form and help.The forward deducing form means that the fabric pattern of weft knitting can be deduced from segment length,fabric width,loop length,etc.
