不同焊后热处理对7005铝合金焊接接头组织性能的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Different Post Weld Heat Treatment on Microstructure and Properties of 7005 Aluminum Alloy Welded Joint

摘要 采用5183、5356两种牌号的焊丝对7005铝合金分别进行了对接式填料焊接,并对焊件进行了不同工艺参数的热处理,研究了焊后热处理工艺对焊件接头组织性能的影响。结果表明:采用5356焊丝焊接的焊缝硬度要高于采用5183焊丝焊接的焊缝;T6、T7热处理后焊缝的硬度均明显提高。四点弯应力腐蚀测试结果表明,采用5183、5356焊丝焊接的焊件经T6热处理后,其应力腐蚀裂缝分别在72、76 h出现,而焊件经T7热处理后,在168 h内未出现应力腐蚀裂缝。与T6热处理相比,T7热处理后的焊件硬度略低,但抗应力腐蚀性能较好。 Butt filler welding of 7005 aluminum alloy with 5356, 5183 grades welding wire was carded out, and the weld parts were heat treated with different process parameters. The effects of post weld heat treatment on the microstructure and properties of welded joint were studied. The results show that the hardness of welding seam welded with 5356 wire is higher than that of welding seam welded with 5183 wire. The hardness after T6 and T7 heat treatment obviously increases. The four point bending stress corrosion test results show that after T6 heat treatment, the stress corrosion crack of parts welded with 5183 and 5356 wire appears at 72 and 76 h respectively, and the welded parts in T7 state have no stress corrosion crack in 168 h. Compared with T6 heat treatment, the hardness of welded part in T7 state is slightly lower, but the anti stress corrosion performance is better.
