摘要
在不同的砂光条件下,采用2种不同油漆对擎天树人工林木材进行涂饰处理。通过对涂饰木材的漆膜附着力、耐磨性、抗冲击性能、硬度等4个指标进行测定,并初步分析不同油漆及不同砂光条件对木材漆膜性能的影响。结果表明:从整体性能而言,聚氨酯漆要优于硝基漆,使用的砂纸目数在360~600目比较合适,但漆膜的抗冲击性能不良。
Two types of paints are used to paint the Parashorea Chinensis plantation wood with different sand paper. The adhesion of paint film, abrasion value, resistance to impact and hardness of the painting wood were determined. The effects of different paints and sand paper on paint film properties were evaluated. The results showed that the paint film properties of P.Chinensis plantation wood with polyurethane paint(PU) is better than those with nitrolacquer(NC) as regards the overal performance, the appropriate sand paper is 360~600 mesh. However, the shock resistance of paint film is unfavorable.
