摘要
根据油流自下而上循环的特点,将三只光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)温度传感器A,B,C安装在油箱内固定支架的三个位置处,分别用来测量变压器的顶、中、底层油温。光栅中心波长随温度变化而变化,通过FBG中心波长的变化量可实现对油温变化的测量。实验得出变压器的顶、中、底层最高油温分别为73,66.5,52.2℃,打开风机后依次经14,5,3 min后开始降温,对应的降温时间常数为4 364,3 236,1 527 s,约25 min后温度稳定在64,52,45℃。分析表明:开风扇后顶、中、底层油温降低存在依次减小的延时,且降温速率依次增高。
According to oil flow cycling characteristics from bottom to up,three fiber Bragg grating( FBG)temperature sensors,A,B,C are installed in fuel tank bracket is fixed in three locations which are used to measure oil temperature of top,middle and bottom layer of transformer. The grating center wavelength varies with temperature,by variation of FBG center wavelength can realize measurement of oil temperature change.Experimental results show that the highest oil temperature at top,middle and bottom of transformer are 73,66. 5,52. 2 ℃ respectively,open the blower in turn after 14,5,3 min began to cool,corresponding cooling time constant are 4 364,3 236,1 527 s,about after 25 min,temperature is stable at 64,52,45 ℃. The analysis shows that,in top,middle,bottom layers,oil temperature decreases after opening fan and cooling rate increased.
