摘要
热力管道节能改造中绝热材料的设计至关重要。介绍一种新型绝热材料气凝胶毡在热力管道节能改造中的应用设计。通过与传统绝热材料对比,气凝胶毡在管道保温节能工程中材料节省可达70%,节能率约20%。分析了不同算法对保温厚度设计的影响,并提出"逐层算法"的计算方法,为保温材料厚度更为精确的设计提供参考。
Comparing aerogel with traditional insulation materials,it shows the advantages and developments of using aerogel in the field of pipeline as heat insulation material. It also compares the effects of different temperatures to the thickness design in the thermal conductivity equation. Compared with traditional thermal insulation materials,aerogel in the thermal insulation pipeline engineering can save material dosage was 70%,and the energy saving rate is about 20%. It proposes computational method of 'layer algorithm 'for designing thickness of insulation materials accurately.
