控制箱交流接触器烧毁的原因分析及试验研究

摘要 针对某汽轮发电机组在汽轮机安保试验过程中出现的机旁控制箱交流接触器烧毁的故障,对电动油泵启停的控制原理进行了详细的介绍,对交流接触器烧毁的原因进行了详尽的分析并制订了详细的试验方案,原因分析与最终试验结果表明导致交流接触器烧毁的主要原因是将压力继电器的连接管路接错,引起交流接触器频繁动作,局部电流过大产生电弧,导致交流接触器烧毁。在更换交流接触器并对管路进行正确连接后,试验进行三次,电动油泵与主油泵正常切换,故障排除。该故障的排除为后续汽轮发电机组的使用提供了试验依据及数据支撑。 The AC contactor of control box burned in the process of the safety, test of a steam turbine generator unit. The start-stop control principle of electric pump is detailed introduced. The reasons for the burning of the AC contactor of control box are analyzed in detail and the detailed test plan is formed. Cause analysis and the experimental results shows that the main reason of the burning is' the wrong pressure relay connection pipe, which causes frequent A C contactor action, and the local current is too large that produces arc, which leads to the burning of AC contactor. With the replacement of AC contactor and after the piping are properly connected, the switch between electric oil pump and main oil pump is normal after three tests. The elimination of the error can support the following use of the steam turbine unit.
