红外分光光度法测定轧钢工业油雾排放浓度的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 《炼钢工业污染物排放标准》(GB 28664—2012)规定了油雾排放浓度限值,但相应监测方法标准尚未公布,我们采用红外分光光度法测定轧钢工业油雾排放浓度,用等速采样法采样,用四氯化碳溶解、超声清洗金属滤筒的方法,测定轧钢工业油雾的排放浓度,并通过加标回收实验验证该方法的准确性。 〈Emission standard of air pollutants for steel rolling industry〉 (GB 28664--2012)sets the limits of oil mist emis- sion concentration. However, the corresponding monitoring method has not been published. We determineed the emission concentration of oil mist in steel rolling industry by infrared spectrophotometry. By using an isokinetic sampling method for sampling and then dissolving it with carbon tetrachloride, ultrasonically cleaning the metal filter cylinder, the emission concentration of oil mist in steel rolling industry was determined, and the accuracy of the method by experiment of adding standard recovery was verified.
