摘要
为考察无动力除尘器不同尺寸结构的除尘效果,建立粉尘和空气耦合下的数学理论模型。采用Gambit软件构造无动力除尘器的实体结构,将自定义的UDF函数导入到Fluent软件中进行数值模拟,并应用了静压差计算不同除尘器尺寸结构下的含尘气体回流效果。数值模拟结果表明,当无动力除尘器回流管直径为600 mm,向下倾斜为10°,以及落料管入口高度距回流管口为1 150 mm时,无动力除尘器内含尘气体回流效果显著。
To investigate the dedusting effect of unpowered dust collectors of different sizes,mathematical and theoretical models with coupling effects between the dust and air were built,and the solid structure of the unpowered dust collector was constructed by Gambit software. User defined function( UDF) was imported into the Fluent software to achieve numerical simulations. Collection efficiencies of the gas-solid two-phase recirculation in unpowered dust collectors of different sizes were calculated by the static pressure difference. The numerical results indicate that the efficiency of gas-solid two-phase recirculation was significant in the unpowered dust collector when the reflux pipe had a diameter of 600 mm and downward slope of 10 degrees,and the distance between the inlet height of the blanking pipe and refluxing nozzle was 1 150 mm.
