摘要
以国内某磷矿选厂高氯选矿废水为处理对象,利用"反渗透—沉淀—膜蒸馏"集成工艺对水中氯离子进行分离。由于膜蒸馏是水在非沸腾情况下进行,能耗明显降低。实验结果表明选矿废水经上述工艺处理后,不但可有效去除水中氯离子得到含有氯磷酸钙的沉淀,而且可得到回用于选矿的生产水。
The integrated membrane process of "reverse osimosis-deposit-membrane distillation" was introduced to separate chloride ion in flotation waste water with high chlorine concentration in a phosphate beneficiation plant in China. As the membrane distillation is made without boiling, energy consumption can be reduced significantly. The results showed that the integrated membrane process can effectively remove chloride ion in waste water and obtain the precipitated CaCIH2PO4 H2O and the process water for flotation.
