摘要
《食品微生物学》是食品相关专业教学体系中非常重要的一门专业基础课程。该文针对该课程教学内容较多,理论性较强,重难点不易理解等特点,提出了多媒体探讨式教学方法,并浅析了将其方法运用于《食品微生物学》教学中的优势,以期为提高课程的授课质量,加强师生或生生之间的互动交流以及针对重点和难点问题加深学生的理解和灵活运用提供参考。
Food microbiology is a very important basic course in the teaching system of food related majors. Accord- ing to the feature of this course including plenty of teaching content, strong of theory and uneasy to understand the key and difficult points, this paper put forward multimedia and discussion teaching model and discussed its advantag- es of the application on the food microbiology teaching, which was hoped to provide reference for improving the course teaching quality, strengthening the interaction between teachers and students or between students and deepen- ing the understanding and flexible application of the key and difficult problems.
