rtPA动脉溶栓联合疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床研究 被引量：3

摘要 目的:研究rtPA动脉溶栓联合疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法:急性脑梗死患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组是使用rtPA动脉溶栓,治疗组在此基础上给予疏血通注射液静滴14天。观察两组患者溶栓前及溶栓后14d的神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)及中医疗效评分等。结果:治疗组在14天的NIHSS及中医疗效评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:rtPA动脉溶栓联合疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死,可提高急性闭塞脑梗死的疗效。
