摘要
轮状病毒是导致儿童感染性腹泻的重要病原。几乎所有儿童3岁以前都感染过该病毒。其致病的典型表现为稀水样便、电解质紊乱及发热等,严重可致死。目前尚无特效药物,主要治疗以中、西医对症治疗为主。已证实疫苗是预防和控制该病的有效手段,一些口服轮状病毒活疫苗已批准上市,并且新的疫苗正在的研发中。本文就儿童轮状病毒感染性腹泻的防治进展作一综述。
Rotavirus is an important pathogen of children with infectious diarrhea. Almost all of the children had been infected with the virus before they were 3 years old. The typical manifestations of the disease are watery stool, electrolyte disturbance, fever and so on. At present there is no effective drugs, mainly in the treatment of Chinese and Western medicine symptomatic treatment. It has been conifrmed that the vaccine is an effective means to prevent and control the disease, some oral rotavirus vaccine has been approved, and the new vaccine is in research and development. This article reviews the progress in the prevention and treatment of children with rotavirus infectious diarrhea.
