摘要
以野生毛葡萄发酵后的皮渣为原料,采用溶剂浸提法提取花色苷。通过单因素试验和正交试验,确定了毛葡萄皮渣花色苷提取的最佳条件:p H1.0,料液比为1∶30,乙醇浓度60%vol,浸提温度60℃,浸提时间60 min。获得的毛葡萄皮花色苷粗品色价为5.96。
Wild E quinquangularis Rehd skin residues after the fermentation was used as the raw materials for anthocyanin extraction by sol- vent extraction method. Through single factor and orthogonal experiments, the optimum extraction conditions were determined as follows: pHI .0, the ratio of raw materials and solution was 1 : 30, the concentration of ethanol was 60 %vol, extraction temperature was at 60 ℃, and ex- traction time was 60 min. The color value of the obtained rude anthocyanin powder was 5.96.
