基于物联网的保健服务初始信任模型及关键影响因素识别研究 被引量:1

摘要 促成消费者建立信任并将潜在消费者变为现实消费者是基于物联网的保健服务相关商家的当务之急。本文根据该保健服务的特点,基于技术接受理论,建立消费者初始信任模型,研究消费者初始信任建立过程中的影响因素及其作用机理。以承载基于物联网的保健服务的智能手环为研究对象,通过问卷调查和结构方程模型分析发现:消费者的感知易用性正向影响感知有用性,消费者的感知有用性、技术有用性和感知安全性正向影响初始信任,消费者的感知有用性和初始信任正向影响其购买动机,而信息质量未检验出对初始信任的影响。实证结果指明了对基于物联网的保健服务采纳的影响因素,为产品的市场推广提供了关注的方向。 It is a pressing matter for service providers of health service based on the internet of things to achieve consumer trust and turn potential customers into real ones. Taking the unique characteristics of the service into the tech- nology acceptance model, a new consumer initial trust model is founded to discover the affecting factors in trusting build- ing. The smart bracelet that provides health service is chosen to be the study object. Questionnaire survey and structural equation model analysis are conducted. We find that consumer' s perceived ease of use positively influences perceived usefulness. Perceived usefulness, technology usefulness and perceived security positively affects customer' s initial trust. And the purchase motivation is shaped according to perceived usefulness and initial trust. But the impact of information quality on initial trust is not supported by the test. This empirical research specifies factors affecting the adoption of health services based on internet of things and guides the market promotion.
