摘要
目的探讨难治性产后出血患者经子宫背带缝合术配伍治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院剖宫产术时产后出血保守治疗无效的76例患者,分别用子宫背带式缝合术和纱条子宫填塞法进行止血。结果应用子宫背带缝合术治疗难治性产后出血的患者,手术时间较宫腔纱布填塞止血的患者明显缩短,产后出血量也大大减少,产褥病率也明显偏低。结论难治性子宫出血患者应用子宫背带式缝合术配伍治疗行之有效,在临床上有一定的参考价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the straps of uterus suture technique in treatment of patients with refractory postpartum hemorrhage. Methods To choose the hospital cesarean section 76 patients of postpartum hemorrhage when conservative treatment was invalid, with the sun back of uterus suture technique and yarn tamping the bleeding of the uterus. Results The use of the straps of uterus suture technique for patients with intractable postpartum hemorrhage, surgical time was caused by intrauterine gauze tamponade hemostasis in patients with significantly shortened, postpartum haemorrhage amount was greatly reduced, puerperal disease rate was significantly lower. Conclusion Patients with intractable uterine bleeding in application of sun back of uterus suture compatibility treatment works, has the certain reference value in clinic.
