摘要
目的 探究与分析护理干预在腹腔镜手术治疗胆囊结石中的临床应用。方法 选取我院自2014年4月-2016年4月收治的接受腹腔镜治疗的胆囊结石手术患者90例为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为常规护理组与护理干预组,每组各45例,对比两组患者首次肛门排气时间、排便时间、腹痛腹胀缓解时间、平均住院时间及依从性。结果护理干预组与常规护理组比较首次肛门排气、排便时间、腹痛腹胀缓解时间及平均住院时间较短,依从性较高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 对接受腹腔镜治疗的胆囊结石患者经过护理干预,能够有效改善患者围术期指标,提高患者的护理满意度及依从性。
Objective To explore the nursing intervention and analysis of laparoscopic surgery for gallstones in clinical applications. Methods 90 patients who underwent laparoscopic treatment of gallstone surgery admitted in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2016 were randomly taken into usual care group and nursing intervention group, 45 cases in each group. Two groups of patients first flatus, defecation, abdominal bloating relief time, the average length of stay and compliance were compared. Results The first flatus, defecation, abdominal bloating average remission time and hospital stays of the nursing intervention group was shorter than the usual care group, the compliance was higher, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The laparoscopic treatment of gallstone patients after nursing intervention can improve perioperative indicators, improve patient care and satisfaction, compliance, worthy of promotion.
