摘要
目的：探析莫沙必利联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年7月～2016年1月收治的76例功能性消化不良患者，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各38例患者，对照组单纯应用莫沙必利治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗，比较两组治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果治疗组总有效率94.74%与对照组73.68%比较，差异具有统计学意义，P＜0.05；治疗组不良反应发生率18.42%与对照组23.68%，比较差异无统计学意义，P＞0.05。结论莫沙必利联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果确切，安全性高。
Objective Analysis of clinical effect of Mosapride combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets for the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods From July 2013 to January 2016, 76 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 38 patients in the control group were applied mosapride, treatment group, on the basis of control group, was treated with lfupentixol and melitracen tablets.
