摘要
目的探讨下肢骨折患者入手术室前疼痛舒适护理干预对策及效果分析。方法选取100例下肢骨折患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组患者给予骨科常规护理,实验组患者实施舒适护理干预对策。对比两组患者护理干预前后疼痛改善情况及护理满意度。结果两组患者护理干预前的疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组患者护理干预后疼痛评分与对照组患者行组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组患者护理满意度与对照组患者相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论施舒适护理干预科显著减轻下肢骨折患者术前疼痛情况,提高满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on pain and comfort of patients with lower limb fracture before entering the operation room.Methods100 cases of lower limb fracture were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 50 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care in the department of orthopedics, and the experimental group were given comfortable nursing intervention. Compared with the two groups of patients before and after the nursing intervention of pain and nursing satisfaction. Results Two groups of patients with nursing intervention before the pain score, the difference is not obvious, no statistical significance （P＆gt;0.05）;Experimental group nursing intervention in patients with pain scores and the control group were treated with group. There are signiifcant differences, with statistical significance （P〈0.01）; Experimental group patient satisfaction of nursing and as compared to patients in the control group, the difference is statistically signiifcant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing care for patients with lower limb fracture significantly reduce preoperative pain, improve satisfaction.
