摘要
目的进一步分析研究家庭康复护理对脑卒中患者的护理能力的影响。方法搜集本社区2013年4月至2015年12月护理的81例脑卒中患者,根据护理方式不同分为两组,观察组给予家庭康复护理,参照组给予常规护理,观察最终的护理效果。结果观察组患者的护理后1、3个月的护理能力综合评分均显著高于参照组,差异显著t=8.11、8.57,P<0.05;观察组患者的Barthel指数、Fugl-Meyer积分均明显高于参照组,差异显著t=6.35、5.22,P<0.05。结论家庭康复护理应用于脑卒中患者中的效果显著,能够使患者的护理能力显著提高,对促进患者日常生活能力和肢体功能的恢复至关重要,值得大力推广。
Objective To further analyze the effect of family rehabilitation nursing on nursing ability of patients with stroke. Methods Collected 81 cases of stroke patients cared in our Community from April 2013 to December 2015, divided into two groups according to different ways of care, rehabilitation nursing home observation group,the reference group received routine nursing care to observe the final result.
