摘要
医患关系是影响医疗卫生事业和谐有序发展以及社会稳定的重要的社会关系。医患矛盾事件时有发生,医院安全保卫工作作为维护医院运行秩序的重要措施,是医疗安全管理的重要组成部分。本文基于我国当前医患关系现状,针对医院应对医患矛盾时在医院安保建设方面存在的问题,提出新时期医院安保建设的对策,以期创设一个更加安全、和谐的医疗环境,改善医患关系,促进我国医疗卫生事业的发展。
The relationship between doctors and patients is an important ences the harmonious and orderly development of medical and health undertakings social relationship which influ- and social stability. In recent years, doctorpatient conflict events happen from time to time. The hospital security work, as an important measure to maintain the operation of the hospital, is an important part of medical safety management. Based on the current situation of doctor - patient relationship in China, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of hospital security construction in the new period, in order to create a more secure and harmonious medical environment, improve the relationship between doctors and patients, and promote the development of China＇s medical and health industry.
