摘要
利用调研数据,采用DEA和分位数回归相结合的方法分析了蛋鸡粪便处理效率及其影响因素。研究表明:养殖户蛋鸡粪便处理的综合技术效率、纯技术效率以及规模效率分别为0.537、0.835和0.643,说明目前养殖户蛋鸡粪便的处理效率偏低;蛋鸡粪便的机械清理以及沼气利用、出售有利于粪便处理效率保持较高水平,技术效率值均超过了0.540,应该予以提倡;户主受教育程度、养殖收入、养殖规模、标准化示范场、污染认知以及外部发展环境中的环保监察、粪便处理政策和经济作物有利于粪便处理效率的提高,而在传统养殖向现代养殖的过程中,劳动力数量不利于粪便处理效率提升。此外,蛋鸡粪便处理效率并未呈现出显著的地区差异。基于结论,提出了提高粪便处理水平以及实现蛋鸡养殖与生态环境保护协调发展的对策建议。
Manure treatment efficiency of layers and influencing factors were analyzed with the DEA and quantile regression method based on field survey data. The results show that farmers' comprehensive technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency for disposing layers' manure are 0.537,0.835 and 0.643 respectively,which shows that the farmers' current disposal efficiency of layers' manure is slightly low. Cleaning the layers' manure by machine,making the manure for methane gas utilization and selling the manure are conducive to keeping high manure disposal efficiency,with technical efficiency values all over 0.540,and such disposal methods should be advocated. Farmers' educational background,income from farming,farming scale,standard demonstration farms,pollution awareness and factors in external development environment such as environmental supervision,policies and commercial crops have a positive effect on increasing manure treatment efficiency. While in the transition process from traditional farming to modern farming, there is a negative correlation between quantity of labor force and manure treatment efficiency. In addition,the disposal efficiency of layers' manure doesn't present significant regional difference. Based on the conclusions,the article has given countermeasures and suggestions on how to increase manure treatment level and realize the coordinated development between laying hen breeding and environmental protection.
