摘要
目的针对足月胎膜早破孕妇感染监测C-反应蛋白与白细胞的应用效果进行研究,确定C-反应蛋白与白细胞计数的诊断价值。方法随机选择2012年12月-2015年9月医院收治的足月胎膜早破孕妇120例,按照孕妇胎膜早破的时间将其分为两组,胎膜早破时间≤24h的60例孕妇为观察1组,胎膜早破时间>24h的60例孕妇为观察2组,同期选取正常分娩孕妇60例为对照组;观察3组孕妇的临床指标,数据采用SPSS 19.2软件进行统计分析。结果观察1组孕妇的C-反应蛋白水平及白细胞计数与观察2组、对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察1组孕妇的感染率为20.00%,观察2组为58.33%,对照组为6.67%,3组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在足月胎膜早破孕妇治疗的过程中,对其C-反应蛋白和白细胞联合检测,可有效预测孕妇是否发生感染,对孕妇的治疗和诊断有重要的意义。
OBJECTIVE To determine the diagnostic value of CRP and WBC count according to research application effect of premature rupture of membranes to full term pregnant women infected with monitoring of CRP and WBC count detection.METHODS A total of 120 cases of premature rupture of membranes to full term pregnant women in our hospital from Dec.2012 to Sept.2015 were randomly selected,and divided into two groups according to the patients with premature rupture of membranes of time,observation group 1were pregnant women with time of premature rupture of membranes for 24 hor less,premature rupture of membranes more than 24 hwas observation group two,with each group of 60 cases,and 60 normal childbirth pregnant women admitted in the first quarter were set as the control group.The clinical indications of three groups were observed.The results were statistically analyzed by software SPSS19.2.RESULTS CRP and WBC count of observation group 1of patients had significant differences with observation group 2and control group(P〈0.05).The infection rate of observation group1 patients was 20.00%,the observation group 2patients was 58.33%,and the control group was 6.67%,there was significant according to the comparison of three groups(P〈0.05).CONCLUSIONThe joint detection of CRP and WBC count of premature rupture of membranes in full term pregnant women in the process of treatment can effectively predict whether pregnant women infection occurs,and it has significance to the patients' treatment and diagnosis.
