摘要
目的探讨静脉用药调配质量控制在静脉用药调配中心(PIV AS)集中调配相关感染控制中的应用效果评价,为临床预防和控制医院感染提供参考依据。方法选择2013年3-12月PIV AS配制静脉药液治疗的300例患者和2014年3-12月PIV AS实施静脉用药调配质量控制之后治疗的300例患者,对静脉用药调配质量控制实施前后患者住院期间的医院感染情况进行观察;并对两年PIV AS相关物品的合格率、空气培养质量、工作人员手卫生以及使用PIV AS静脉用药后感染率的统计结果对比。结果 2014年PIV AS内相关物品的卫生合格率显著优于2013年,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2014年PIV AS内空气培养质量和工作人员手卫生合格率显著高于2013年,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);通过质量控制管理后2014年内静脉用药调配和员工操作的出错率明显降低(P<0.05);2014年PIV AS配制的静脉药液应用于患者后住院期间出现的医院感染率明显低于2013年(P<0.05)。结论质量控制环节对于PIV AS控制医院感染十分关键,能优化PIV AS体系的管理,减少药品浪费,减少患者的医院感染现象发生。
OBJECTIVE To explore the effects of the quality control of the intravenods drugs for control of central- ized dispensing-related infection in pharmacy intravenous admixture services (PIV AS), so as to provide the basis for prevention and control of the hospital infection. METHODS A total of 300 cases treated with the intravenous drug of PIV AS from Mar. to Dec. 2013, and 300 cases treated with the intravenous drug of PIV AS after the quality control from Mar. to Dee. 2014 were selected. The hospital infection of the patients before and after the quality control were observed, and the statistical results of hygiene rates of related items in PIV AS, air quality, hand hygiene of the staff and infection rate after using intravenous drug from PIV AS within the two years were compared. RESULTS The hygiene rates of five kinds of related items in 2014 were significantly better than those in 2013 (P〈0.05). The qualified rate of air quality in PIV AS and hand hygiene rate of the staff in 2014 were signif icantly higher than those in 2013 (P〈0.05). The error rate of intravenous medication in the PIV AS significantly reduced after the quality control management by the year 2014 (P〈0.05). The hospital infection of 300 patients in general surgery treated with the intravenous drug of PIV AS after hospitalization in 2014 was significantly lower than that in 2013 (P〈0.05). CONCLUSION Quality control is very critical for hospital infection control, and it can optimize the system management of PIV AS, reduce the waste of drugs, and reduce the occurrence of hospital infections.
