The article introduces the background,process,applicable scope and primary coverage of the Chinese Railway Industry Standard TB/T 3283—2015 Technical Conditions for Railway Time Synchronization Network. It mainly interprets the technical requirements including the network structure,network function performance,equipment function performance,device interface and network management,etc. of time synchronization network. The Standard specifies the structural composition and performance requirements of railway time synchronization network. It can meet the design,manufacturing and inspection demands of railway time synchronization network.
