摘要
目的探讨围手术期的综合护理在会阴侧切术中的效果。方法 400例产妇,依据护理方式不同分为常规护理组和综合护理组,各200例。观察两组产妇第二产程时间、切口甲级愈合级感染发生情况。结果综合护理组产妇第二产程时间、切口甲级愈合及感染发生率均优于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论围手术期的综合护理在会阴侧切术中应用,可以提高手术效率和切口甲级愈合效率,降低感染发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate effect by comprehensive nursing in perioperative period of lateral episiotomy.Methods A total of 400 puerpera were divided by different nursing way into conventional nursing group and comprehensive nursing group, with 200 cases in each group. Second stage of labor time, grade A wound healing and occurred infection were observed in the two groups.Results The comprehensive nursing group had all better second stage of labor time, grade A wound healing and incidence of infection than the conventional nursing group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Application of comprehensive nursing in perioperative period of lateral episiotomy can improve operation effectiveness, grade A wound healing rate, and reduce incidence of infection. It is worth clinical promotion and application.
