受限空间中化学活性超细粉体的全淹没灭火性能 被引量:1

摘要 在容积为1.5m3的受限空间中开展超细ABC粉体全淹没灭火性能研究,测量施加超细粉体后火焰温度变化及火灾抑制、熄灭全过程,探究灭火剂充装压力、灭火剂用量等参数对灭火效果的影响。研究表明,充装压力从0.8MPa增加到1.2MPa时,灭火时间从5s减少到3s,因而提高充装压力可改善喷射效果,改善灭火性能。通过驱动氮气、超细粉体的耦合作用及单纯驱动气体灭火相比较,证明驱动氮气对火灾抑制、熄灭的作用忽略不计,但驱动气体对提高超细ABC粉体与火焰相互作用的进程起到至关重要的作用。两组工况下的火焰未能全部熄灭,但其中一组工况喷射灭火剂,其火焰燃烧强度得到显著抑制。 The experiment is carried out in 1.5m3 confined space,in which the variation of flame temperature,fire suppression and full process of extinguish are measured by thermocouples and the effects of filling pressure,fire extinguishing agent dosage and other parameters on the suppression are researched.When the filling pressure is increased from 0.8 MPa to 1.2MPa,the fire extinguishing time is reduced from 5sto 3s,so the increase of the filling pressure can improve the results of injection and the performance of fire extinguishing.By comparing couple effects of drive nitrogen and superfine powder fire extinguishing agent,it proves that the impact of injection gas in the flame is negligible,but drive nitrogen can make great contributions to the process of the interaction of flame and superfine powder fire extinguishing agent.The fire will be extinguished in two different working circumstances,but in one of the working conditions of sprayed extinguishing agent,the flame intensity is significantly inhibited.
