敖汉旗某小学水痘疫情流行病学分析

摘要 目的通过该起水痘暴发疫情的流行病学调查分析,为今后水痘疫情防治工作提供科学依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法,对赤峰市敖汉旗新惠镇某小学2015年暴发的一起水痘疫情资料进行流行病学分析。结果 2015年4月6日-5月21日,敖汉旗新惠镇某小学发生一起水痘暴发疫情,累计发病22例,流行形成三个发病高峰;发病学生中45.45%接种过水痘疫苗。结论加强医疗机构传染病报告管理,同时加强水痘疫苗接种工作,提高疫苗接种率,有效预防水痘疫情的暴发。
