摘要
烧结矿碱度检测滞后是影响高炉生产稳定的一个重要因素。针对烧结混合料经配料后钙、硅元素含量不变的特点,提出了一种缩短烧结矿碱度检测滞后的方法。实验证明,当采用XRF光谱分析仪检测时,烧结混合料的碱度与烧结矿的碱度吻合较好;相同烧结混合料样本分别用熔片法和带碳压片法检测时,二者碱度最大偏差0.03,最小偏差0,平均偏差0.013,可满足生产现场对烧结矿碱度检测的要求。
The sinter basicity detection lagging is an important factor that affects the blast furnace production stability. In view of unchanging calcium and silicon content in sintering mixture after proportioning, a method for shortening the sinter basicity detecting lagging was proposed. The experiment shows that, when the XRF spectrum analyzer is adopted for testing, the basicity of sintering mixture can be in agreement with the basicity of sinter. When the same sintering mixture sample is tested by melting method and carbon-containing compression method respectively, the maximum deviation of basicity is 0. 03, the minimum deviation is 0 ,and the average deviation is 0. 013 ,and the requirements of production site for sinter basicity testing can be satisfied.
