摘要
文章在总结测控系统软件开发经验的基础上 ,针对测控软件的特点 ,讨论了测控软件的静态及动态测试。这些测试技术在某型综合自动检测系统的软件测试中得到了应用 ,结果证明这些软件测试技术是保证工程研制进度、保障测控系统硬件及被测对象安全的重要手段。
Based on summarizing the experience on developing the software of testing and controlling system, software static and dynamic test technology are discussed in this paper. The technologies are applied on a ATE system software test, the result has proved what discussed are important means to guarantee the safety of ATE system and UUT.
