摘要
目的:建立苦参药材的近红外定性分析模型,准确、快速地鉴别苦参饮片的真伪。方法:收集不同产地的苦参药材,以苦参碱、氧化苦参碱的含量为指标判断样品的真伪,采用近红外漫反射光谱法,结合红外光谱软件,建立定性分析方法,用各种伪品药材进行验证。结果:近红外光谱分析模型能准确、快速地识别真伪苦参饮片。结论:近红外光谱法建立的定性分析模型,能有效地用于苦参饮片的真伪鉴别和苦参饮片类样品在药品购进环节的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE:To establish a qualitative analysis model of near-infrared spectrum for accurate and rapid identification of sophora flavescens decoction pieces. METHODS: Sophora flavescens from different producing areas were collected. The content of matrine and oxymatrine were set as the index to determine the authenticity of the samples. Near- infrared spectrum combined with OPUS software were used to establish the qualitative analysis method,which could be used for the accurate and rapid identification of the authenticity of drugs. RESULTS: Nearinfrared spectrum model can identify the authenticity of sophora flavescens decoction pieces accurately and quickly.CONCLUSIONS: The qualitative analysis model with near-infrared spectrum can be effectively used to identify theauthenticity of sophora flavescens decoction pieces and control the quality of their purchased links.
