摘要
就业是社会经济发展中的重要问题,提升可雇佣能力为促进大学生就业提供了新的视角。可雇佣能力不仅是指初次就业的能力,还应该包括未来职业生涯发展要求的相关能力。大学生可雇佣能力包括基础技能、情绪管理技能、专业知识技能、元技能等要素。通过实证研究发现,元技能是影响大学生可雇佣能力的核心因素,专业知识技能则制约了大学生可雇佣能力的进一步发展。另外,由于受教育经历的趋同,基础技能和情绪管理技能对可雇佣能力的影响并不明显。
College Students' employment is important in the development of social economy. Promotion of college students' employability is a new perspective. Employability refers to the initial employment ability,and the employee's future career development related quality. College Students' employability include basic skills,emotional management skills,professional knowledge and skills,skills and other factors. This Empirical study shows that the meta skills are the core factors that influence college students' employment ability,professional knowledge and skills restrict the college students' employment ability of further development. In addition,because of the convergence of education,influence of basic skills and emotional management skills on employment ability is not obvious.
