摘要
供电煤耗是火力发电厂发电设备、系统运行经济性能的总指标,反映发电厂各方面工作水平。对某电厂海量历史数据进行回归分析,发现机组负荷率与供电煤耗间存在非线性关系,且存在明显的煤耗拐点。通过试验确定了单机煤耗拐点特性,分析了汽轮机热耗率、锅炉效率、辅机厂用电率及外部因素对供电煤耗的影响,为火电厂检修安排、负荷分配、发电量计划制定等工作提供技术支持。
Power supply coal consumption is a total index of generating equipment in thermal power plant and system operation performance,which reflects the overall operation level of power plants. This paper conducted a regression analysis on the large number of historical data of a certain power plant,and discovered that there exists a non-linear relationship,which carries an obvious inflection point of coal consumption,between the unit load rate and the power supply coal consumption. After that,the inflection point characteristic of single unit coal consumption was confirmed by experiment. At last,this paper analyzed the influences of turbine heat rate,boiler thermal efficiency,auxiliary power ratio and external factors to the power supply coal consumption,and it provided technical support to thermal power plants to making the maintenance plan, generating capacity schedule and distributing the power load,etc.
