摘要
自加速分解温度(SADT)是评价自反应化学物质热危险特性的重要参数。针对现有SADT测试装置存在的自动化程度不高、精度低以及安全性差等问题,研发了基于等温储存试验法的自加速分解温度测试系统。通过设计热导式等温量热炉体、温度控制以及热流采集等相关软硬件平台,实现了物质发热率自动检测和SADT解算。试验结果表明,系统安全可靠,测试精度高。
Self-accelerating decomposition temperature ( SADT) is an important parameter for evaluating the thermal hazardous properties ofself - reactive chemical substances. Aiming at the problems that currently existing in SADT testing device,e. g . , non - high automation level,low precision, poor safety, etc. , the self - accelerating decomposition temperature test system based on isothermal storage method is researchedand developed. Through designing related software and hardware platforms, including thermal conductive type isothermal calorimetry furnaceand temperature control and heat flux collection, etc. , the material heat rate and solution of SADT are realized. The experimental results showthat the system is safe and reliable, and its test accuracy is high.
