摘要
随着我国城镇化建设进程和国家低碳节约型建筑的节能规划目标的快速推进,在城镇化建设中,根据区域气候特点和当地经济发展情况制定可行的区域节能改造规划,是城镇化建设中提高资源的利用率、降低建筑能耗的关键。城镇既有住宅的围护结构是节能改造的主要部位,结合围护结构热工性能及能耗分析,重点对外墙及窗户采取增加保温层或材料置换等具体改造措施,在提高能源的利用效率、节约取暖经费的同时,使室内热工质量和舒适性都得到了很大程度提高和改善,以促进城镇化建设在农村的建设速度。
With the rapid development of China's urbanization and the energy planning objective ofnational low carbon saving building, in the process of urbanization, the key to improve the utilization ofrural resources and reduce the building energy consumption is to make feasible energy saving transformationmeasures according to regional climate charactenstics and tJw development of local economics. In allresidential building energy consumption, building envelope structure is still the main part of the buildingenergy consumption in rural areas. Based on the analysis of the thermal performance and energy cotisimiptionof building envelope, the measures of energy saving reconstniction o f existing building in rural areas areproposed, such as increased insolation or material replacement and so on, so as to improve the efficiency ofenergy utilization and. create a comfortable indoor thermal environment, at the same time, save the funds ofheating and improve the thermal quality of rural areas, and accelerate the construction of rural urbanization.
