摘要
目的探讨标准吞咽功能评估量表在脑卒中患者误吸风险评估中的应用效果。方法选取我院神经科2014年5月-2015年5月收治的100例脑卒中患者为研究对象,按入院时间顺序分为对照组和干预组。对照组采用常规误吸风险评估并按常规护理;干预组在此基础上采用标准吞咽功能评估量表进行评估,根据量表评分筛查出低、中度风险患者,分为干预1组和干预2组,干预1组按常规护理,干预2组按常规护理并在此基础上结合吞咽功能训练。统计对照组和干预组1、2组患者误吸发生率、吸入性肺炎发生率,观察干预1组和干预2组SSA评分结果。结果对照组和干预组两组患者误吸发生率、吸入性肺炎发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预1组和干预2组量表评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过标准吞咽功能评估量表在脑卒中误吸风险评估中规范评估流程,不仅能帮助患者恢复正常吞咽功能,还能有效防止和减少误吸、吸入性肺炎等并发症的发生。
Objective To study the application effect of standardized swallowing assessment scale(SSA) for the risk assessment of stroke aspiration. Methods A total of 100 cases of patients with cerebral apoplexy were selected in Neurology department of our hospital from May in 2014 to May in 2015, and divided into experimental group and control group according to the sequence of hospitalization time. Routine nursing mode was carried out for patients in control group, while patients in experimental group completed SSA score. Low and moderate risk patients were di- vided into intervention groups 1 and intervention groups 2 according to the scale score. Routine nursing mode was carried out for patients in intervention group 1. patients in intervention groups 2 was given routine nursing combined with swallowing function training. The incidence of aspiration, incidence rate of aspiration pneumonia was compared between the two groups. The SSA score for intervention groupl and intervention groups 2 was measured. Results There was significant difference in incidence of aspiration and incidence rate of aspiration pneumonia for the two group (P 〈 0.05). There was significant difference in SSA score for the two group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion It can effectively reduce the incidence of aspiration and aspiration pneumonia, and help patients restore normal swallowing function by applying standardized swallowing assessment scale for the risk assessment of stroke aspiration.
