摘要
镁合金具有优良的机械性能,与人体生物相容性好,尤其是具有可生物降解的特点,是一种很有前途的生物降解医用材料。综述了生物医用镁合金的研究进展,并阐明了其在人体内的降解机理及提高镁合金耐蚀性的改进方法,详细介绍了研究镁合金耐蚀性的方法,并指明了研究中存在的问题和未来发展方向。
Magnesium alloy is a kind of very promising biodegradable medical material because of excellent mechanical properties, biocompatibility, especially biodegradable characteristics. The process in research on biomedical magnesium alloys are reviewed. The degradation mechanism in vivo, and the methods for improving the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloys are explained. Research methods for corrosion resistance of magnesium alloys are introduced. And the problems and development trends in research are pointed out.
