摘要
叙述了排料机构的基本原理,建立了改进前后的方案A和方案B的三维模型,运用SolidWorks运动算例的多体动力学分析计算出减速机输出转矩、棘轮转速和偏心轮接触应力,综合比较后得到方案A和方案B的动态性能接近。方案B的结构形式能降低约30%的驱动功率,降低能耗,同时也提高了电机的使用寿命。
The basic principle of the discharging system was described. Three - dimensional models of plan A and B were established before and after improvement. Reducer output torque, a ratchet wheel speed and eccentric wheel contact force were calculated based on multi - body dynamics analysis of SolidWorks motion simulation. After a comprehensive comparison it showed that the dynamic performance of the plan A is close to that of plan B. The structural style of plant B achieved about 30 percent reduction in driving power and energy consumption , and the service life of the motor was improved.
