摘要
提出一种快速、自适应地实现视网膜图像增强的方法。利用数学形态法和图像视觉质量的自适应变换建立适用于视网膜图像增强的方法,首先,采用数学形态法,提取图像信息,去除背景干扰;然后基于视觉的特性获取最佳的图像参数,结合Zadeh-X变换方法获取最佳图像。利用该方法所提取的视网膜图像增强了血管信息,所获图像与造影图像进行对比,优于造影图像,同时减少造影剂的使用,使病人免受造影剂的伤害。此方法可以有效地增强对比度,大大提高了图像质量,对视网膜组织进行定量分析与检测,对临床眼科学的病理诊断具有非常重要的意义。
An adaptive enhancement method based on the human visual perception was pro- posed and in order to improve the retinal fundus image. Firstly, mathematical morphology was used to extract the useful image information and weaken the background. Then, the adaptive op timal transformation based on the adaptive Zadeh-X transformation was used to optimize retinal fundus image. This method can enhance the blood vessel information of retinal fundus. The opti mization images are superior to angiography ones, besides, the no contrast agent method is used to get the retinal fundus image, so the harm from the contrast agent can be reduced effectively.
