摘要
结合新时期产业发展对设计人才的需求,提出以"熟悉结构,懂工艺,会制作",并具有工匠精神的"设计工匠"为高职设计类专业的人才培养新目标,其既区别于本科院校人才培养定位,也不同于一般职业院校的培养规格。实现这一目标,需要建立满足不同层级岗位需求、能力逐步递进的课程体系,个性化培养的教学模式和方法,以及建立"双师结构"的师资梯队。
Combining with the new demand of industrial development for design talents,the paper proposes the"Design Craftsman"as the new training objective for design majors of higher vocational colleges. It clarifies the implementation approach of the integration training of the five-year vocational convergence for "design craftsman"; determines the talent specifications of these "Design Craftsman" and the training objectives in different levels for secondary and higher vocational education; establish various training carriers, such as master studio and the formation of "teacher + Master" teachers' group, cultivation mode and innovation of modern apprenticeship and other innovative talents. The innovation also includes various talent training modes, like "modern teacher-student system" and the continuous training system, the implementation of convergence of vocational "Design Craftsman" training.
